Pool Attendant

Job Description

. Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety at all times

. Ensure pool facilities are clean, tidy, and well maintained

. Set up and arrange pool chairs, umbrellas and towels

. Enforce pool rules and safety regulations

. Report maintenance issues and hazards immediately

. Assist guests with towels and general pool requests

. Maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas (deck, showers, restrooms)

. Support lifeguard duties where required (if trained)

Selection Criteria

. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

. Good customer service and communication skills

. Ability to work outdoors and stand for long hours

. Must be reliable, responsible, and well presented

. Flexible to work weekends, holidays and shifts

. Basic knowledge of pool safety preferred

. Ability to handle guest complaints professionally

. Ability to respond quickly in emergencies

. Physically fit and active
