Job Description

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide professional spa treatments to our resort guests while creating a calm, welcoming, and relaxing environment. You will represent the resort through excellent service, cultural warmth, and attention to guest comfort.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver massage, body treatments, and other spa services to a high standard

Welcome guests and conduct treatment consultations to understand their needs

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of treatment rooms and equipment

Promote spa services and products in a friendly and respectful manner

Ensure guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for at all times

Work as part of a team to support daily spa operations

Applicant Requirements

Spa Therapy or Massage qualification (or relevant practical experience)

Previous spa or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential

Good communication and customer service skills

Friendly attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends)

Open to local citizens and residents
