Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with management of stock for the resort in the following ways:

• Ensure accuracy of stock records and assist with stock inventory

• Monitor stock and make timely reports of shortages

• Assist with coordination and delivery of stock to the resort by Ferry Boat

• Store deliveries in an orderly design/according to Resort procedures

• Receive requests from departments and disseminate accordingly

• Ensure storerooms are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Accept any urgent store related responsibilities from supervisor

Selection Criteria

• Experience in store management

• Have good organizational skills.

• Physically fit to be able to lift and move stock safely to the resort by boat

• Honest and able to work as a team and independently

• Must be able to take in clear instructions

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.

• Must be fluent in English and French is an advantage

• Have good reporting and communication skills
