Front-end Developer & Digital Creative (UI/UX + WEB)

Job Description

1. Role Overview

We are looking for a Front-end Developer with strong digital and creative skills to build engaging, high-quality user interfaces.

This role is ideal for someone who:

● Has strong technical front-end skills

● Has a good eye for design

● Can collaborate with marketing and product teams

You will work on:

● Websites

● Landing pages

● User interfaces for digital products

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Front-end Development (40%)

● Develop responsive web applications using:

○ HTML / CSS / JavaScript / TypeScript

● Work with frameworks:

○ React / Vue (preferred)

● Ensure:

○ Cross-browser compatibility

○ Mobile responsiveness

B. UI/UX & Design Collaboration (30%)

● Work closely with designers to:

○ Implement UI/UX designs

○ Improve user experience

● Translate design (Figma, Photoshop…) into real interfaces

● Maintain consistency with brand guidelines

C. Digital & Creative Support (20%)

● Support creation of:

○ Landing pages

○ Marketing assets

● Optimize pages for:

○ Conversion

○ Performance

D. Performance Optimization (10%)

● Improve:

○ Page speed

○ UX flow

● Debug and fix UI issues

Selection Criteria

Hard Skills

● Strong knowledge of:

○ HTML, CSS, JavaScript

● Experience with:

○ React / Vue (plus)

● Familiarity with design tools:

○ Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator

Google / Tech Community (Plus)

● Participation in:

○ Google Developer Groups (GDG)

○ Tech communities / events

Soft Skills

● Good visual taste

● Attention to detail

● Teamwork & communication

Education

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
