Job Title: Electrical Engineer / Fleet Supervisor

Geogas Vanuatu Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer / Fleet Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and reliability of electrical systems and company vehicles, while ensuring efficient fleet operations to support our daily distribution activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and inspection of all company vehicles, plant, and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Manage fleet scheduling, servicing, and compliance with regulatory and company safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of Electrical systems, fleet maintenance, fuel usage, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and or Automotive Engineering
- Proven experience in fleet supervision, vehicle maintenance, or industrial electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
- Understanding of basic LPG operations
- Knowledge of Asset Management software (e.g., SAP or MEX)
- Knowledge in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong leadership, Organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan, resource, prioritize and achieve set objectives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English
