Dany Island – General Manager Position (Santo, Vanuatu)

Dany Island is seeking a General Manager to lead current team and operations of our private island eco-resort, located just 10 minutes from Luganville.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong hospitality experience, initiative, and the ability to operate independently in a remote island environment.

Dany Island has built a strong reputation with international guests and continues to grow as one of Santo’s standout tourism experiences, focused on reef, nature, and authentic island life.

The role includes:

- Overseeing day-to-day resort and day tour operations

- Managing staff and guest experience

- Coordinating bookings and logistics

- Maintaining a high standard of presentation and service

- Highest level of conservation adherence

On-site accommodation, meals, transport, Starlink wifi is provided.
