Job Opportunity: Construction Workers & Site Supervisor/Foreman

We are expanding our team and are looking for motivated individuals to join our construction projects in Port Vila. We currently have two positions available:

Construction Workers
Site Supervisor / Foreman

1. Construction Workers

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Workers to support our site operations. This role involves hands-on labouring and assisting trades and supervisors in delivering quality civil and building construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labouring tasks on-site
• Assist tradespeople and follow supervisor instructions
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• Construction experience
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

2. Site Supervisor / Foreman

We are also seeking experienced Site Supervisors/Foreman to lead daily construction activities. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Plan and coordinate day-to-day site operations
• Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and time requirements
• Read and interpret construction plans
• Maintain site records and reporting
• Resolve on-site issues and guide team members

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a Foreman or Site Supervisor role
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to read plans and manage site operations
• Proven commitment to safe work practices
