CHIEF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Our client is seeking Chief Financial Accountant to lead the financial strategy and management of a diversified group of companies operating across logistics, stevedoring, and port development. The role requires a commercially astute finance leader with strong strategic planning capabilities and experience managing multi-entity operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to CEO/Board
  • Provide strategic financial leadership across the group and its subsidiaries
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy
  • Oversee consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies
  • Support business growth, investment decisions, and port development projects
  • Establish and maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks
  • Partner with executive leadership on commercial and operational decision-making
  • Lead and develop the finance team across the group

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Accountant (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years’ commercial finance experience, preferably in logistics, infrastructure, or related sectors
  • Proven experience in group consolidation and multi-entity financial management
  • Strong background in strategic planning and financial analysis
  • Demonstrated leadership experience at a senior finance level
