CHIEF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Our client is seeking Chief Financial Accountant to lead the financial strategy and management of a diversified group of companies operating across logistics, stevedoring, and port development. The role requires a commercially astute finance leader with strong strategic planning capabilities and experience managing multi-entity operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to CEO/Board
- Provide strategic financial leadership across the group and its subsidiaries
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy
- Oversee consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies
- Support business growth, investment decisions, and port development projects
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks
- Partner with executive leadership on commercial and operational decision-making
- Lead and develop the finance team across the group
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Accountant (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ commercial finance experience, preferably in logistics, infrastructure, or related sectors
- Proven experience in group consolidation and multi-entity financial management
- Strong background in strategic planning and financial analysis
- Demonstrated leadership experience at a senior finance level
