IMPORTANT NOTE Checklist (please provide certificate or supporting documents)
- Register with the Internal Affairs (NGO Desk)
- Register with the Vanuatu Financial Service Commission (VFSC)
- Current VANGO Financial Member.
- Representing an active organization, operating for 1-3+ years.
- Applicants are encouraged to apply for the Chairperson position if they possess the required experience. The VANGO screening committee will review all applications and shortlist candidates for the Chairperson role based on demonstrated skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
- Six Board Members elected: two from CBOs, two from NNGOs, and two from INGOs.

Not Eligible
- Candidates operating as individuals without formal governance structure or verifiable programs/ activities.
- Candidates perceived undermine VANGOs goals or localisation commitments
- The candidates have previously been removed or suspended by the board and/ or an organisation for misconduct reasons (see VANGO code of conduct).
- The Candidate has been found implicated in cases of fraud misuse of funds and/or criminal offense.
