The Department of Water Resources (DoWR) (the Employer) invites you to submit your quotation for carrying out the works as described herein. Any resulting contract shall be subject to the attached General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and Special Conditions of Contract (SCC). At the time the Contract is awarded the Employer reserves the right to increase or decrease the works required up to 25%.

How to Apply

Interested bidders/contractors are required to email Harold Nasawa via hnasawa@vanuatu.gov.vu and copy Bransen Aru at bransenaru44@gmail.com to request for the system designs and Word version of the respective RFQ of their choice.

Please note that a pre-tender meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 20 May 2026 at the DoWR Conference Room at 9:30 AM.

The closing date for submission of tenders shall be Wednesday 26 May 2026 at 4:00 PM.
