As a Senior Retail Manager, you are responsible with the following:

  • Provide leadership and management direction to all Branch Managers, DCM and Contact Centres (where applicable);
  • Grow the Retail business in your country in an operationally sound manner;
  • Deliver on the actions and outcomes of the Retail Business Plan and Country Revenue Plan;
  • Improve Retail and Commercial customer experience and their access to channels/tools that make banking easier; and
  • Ensure staff are skilled and engaged.

Role Location: ANZ Branch, Port Vila, Vanuatu
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  •  Tertiary qualifications in business/finance;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience including demonstrated capability to manage a Retail business;
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical skills and sound capability to manage operational risk and compliance across our regulatory environment;
  • Sound presentation, negotiation and consulting skills and a drive to succeed through collaboration;
  • Demonstrated team management and inter -personal skills including proven ability to motivate and inspire teams;
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategy successfully.
