SUPERVISOR / LEADING HAND

Join 4P Aquaponics, a growing sustainable farming operation located on Devils Point Road, Bukura, Vanuatu. We produce high-quality fresh vegetables and livestock using innovative aquaponic and integrated farming systems designed to support local food production and environmental sustainability.

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor / Leading Hand to help oversee daily farm operations and support the continued growth of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, team coordination, and problem-solving in a dynamic farm environment.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Supervising daily farm activities and coordinating staff across production, harvesting, maintenance, and deliveries
• Supporting operational planning, stock control, purchasing, and reporting
• Assisting with harvesting, packing, logistics, and farm maintenance
• Maintaining high standards of safety, organisation, cleanliness, and productivity

Essential requirements:

• Current driver’s licence
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum 2 years leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Desirable experience:

• Experience with XERO or similar software
• 5+ years supervisory or management experience
• 5+ years farming or agricultural experience
