Expression of Interest (EOI) – Subcontractors

Sustain Group (Pacific) Limited invites Expressions of Interest from qualified and reliable subcontractors to join our team of service delivery partners to provide maintenance and minor project works in Port Vila, Efate and Luganville, Santo.
We are establishing a pool of trusted subcontractors who may be engaged from time to time to support our delivery activities.

Trades and Services

Subcontractors with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

Electrical

• Electrical installations
• Power, lighting, and switchboard works
• Sunset lights and switches
• Solar electrical connections and upgrades
• Testing, commissioning, and fault finding
• Appliances
• Generators

Security

• CCTV installation
• Access control systems
• Alarm systems
• Security system maintenance and upgrades

Fire

• Fire detection and alarm systems
• Fire protection installations
• Testing, inspection, and maintenance of fire systems
• Compliance works and upgrades

Mechanical

• Airconditioning installation, servicing, and maintenance
• Refrigeration systems (fridges and cold rooms)
• Ventilation systems and exhaust fans (whirlwinds)
• Air filters and filtration systems
• Kitchen exhaust and extraction systems

Plumbing

• Plumbing installations and repairs
• Water supply and drainage systems
• Wastewater treatment plants (WWTP)
• Hot water systems and units
• Water filtering and purification systems
• Sanitary fixtures and fittings
• Maintenance and minor upgrade works

Construction

• Building and refurbishment works
• Structural and finishing works
• Concrete, blockwork, and general building services
• Minor carpentry or joinery works

Eligibility Requirements

Subcontractors must:

• Be legally registered and operating in Vanuatu
• Hold all relevant Vanuatu licences required for their trade (where applicable)
• Have relevant experience in their trade
• Be capable of delivering work to required standards and timeframes
• Comply with health and safety and site requirements

Engagement Basis

Submission of an EOI is for inclusion in our preferred subcontractor database and does not guarantee work.
