Expression of Interest (EoI) for Catering:

Lunch for Labour Mobility PreDeparture Briefing workshops (PDBs)

We are inviting local catering providers to apply for/ submit an Expression of Interest to provide lunch only for labour mobility PreDeparture Briefings (PDB) in Vanuatu from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

Service Required

Catering service to provide:

• Lunch only
• Simple, nutritious, and filling meals
• Ability to cater for groups between 20 to 70 participants
• Clean and safe food preparation
• Ontime delivery and setup

Budget

• Our approved budget is VT 700 per person
• Caterers must be able to provide lunch within VT 700 per head

Who Can Apply

• Registered catering businesses
• Local food providers with experience in group or event catering

What to Include in Your Expression of Interest:

Please provide:

• Business name and contact details (email and phone contacts)
• Example of your lunch menu options
• Confirmation that pricing is VT 700 per person or less
• Previous catering experience (if available)
• Business registration or food safety permit (if available)
