Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise daily store operations and staff management
- Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and stock control
- Implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Train and motivate team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in hardware or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hardware products and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- College diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or business management are a plus
