App Onboarding Agent (10,000 VT per 10 Sign-ups)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly, energetic field agent to conduct physical walk-ins at local businesses (restaurants, local tours, transport operators, kava bars, boutique shops, and spas) around Port Vila and onboard them onto the StikmNek app.

Typical tasks include, but are not limited to:

Walking into target local business venues face-to-face.

Explaining the StikmNek value proposition clearly: 100% free listings forever, no setup fees, and zero commissions on redemptions.

Hands-on setting up of the business profile via their smartphone or yours.

Helping owners select, photograph, and upload at least one attractive discount deal in Vatu (VT).

Teaching staff and owners how to easily open the Business Hub web-app to scan tourist QR codes.

Organisation Description

StikmNek is a Vanuatu-owned digital platform connecting international tourists with local tourism and hospitality operators. Unlike overseas platforms that extract heavy commissions from our community, StikmNek is 100% free forever for grassroots local businesses to list their deals. We are expanding our ground presence rapidly to help more Ni-Vanuatu operators capture tourist foot traffic.

Selection Criteria

A successful field agent candidate will possess the following:

1. Must own and confidently operate a working smartphone with mobile data.

2. Fluent command of Bislama and English (ability to speak French is a major advantage).

3. Exceptional, warm face-to-face communication skills; comfortable striking up natural conversations with business owners and managing directors.

4. Patient teacher mindset—many local grassroots operators are not highly tech-savvy and require gentle hand-holding through app processes.

5. Highly organized, self-motivated, honest, reliable, and capable of working independently on foot across Port Vila.
