Ratua Island Resort, a luxury eco-resort set on a private island in Vanuatu, is seeking an experienced and passionate Resort Manager to lead its operations and guest experience.
As the face of the resort, you will oversee all departments, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, manage a diverse team, and uphold Ratua’s commitment to sustainability and authentic hospitality.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, tropical paradise and brings a blend of operational expertise, cultural sensitivity, and eco-conscious values.
Key Requirements:
- Proven hospitality management experience (resort or boutique hotel preferred)
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Understanding of eco-resort operations
- Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment
