URGENT HIRING: Prime Mover Driver (Multi-Skilled)

Fletcher is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Operator who can operate a prime mover, a side lifter and a 10t Jiab crane truck to join our team in Kiribati.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Prime Mover (truck & trailer) safely and efficiently
• Load, transport, and deliver materials across project sites
• Operate a Side Lifter (Container handling)
• Operate a 10-tonne Hiab crane truck for lifting and placement tasks
• Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards
• Support site teams with transport and lifting operations as required

Requirements

• Proven experience driving prime movers/heavy vehicles
• Valid heavy vehicle driver’s licence (Class equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience operating:
  o Side lifter (container handling essential)
  o Hiab crane truck (minimum 10T capacity)
• Strong understanding of load restraint and safe lifting practices
• Ability to work in remote/island environments
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
