Keys & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial reporting, compliance, and accounting processes

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies

• Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for

improvement

• Implement and optimize financial controls and procedures

• Provide insights and recommendations to maximize profitability

• Work with the Director/Financial Controller in operational efficiency

• Ability to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines

• Capacity to train and coach other members of department

• Good understanding of business management with sound decision making

• Knowledge on International Financial Accounting, compliance reporting &

Budget Preparation

• Ability to work in a team environment

Selection Criteria

• Proven experience as an Accountant with minimum 5 years in the similar

field, knowledge in financial regulations, and tax compliance

• Holds a Degree in Commerce (Accounting), and highly experience with

financial management, and P&L analysis

• Proficiency in accounting software Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
