Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures
- Welcome guests and conduct consultations to assess their treatment needs
- Ensure exceptional guest care and personalized service at all times
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Promote spa services and recommend treatments and products to guests
- Adhere to all health, safety, and spa operating procedures
- Assist with spa bookings, stock control, and daily spa operations as required
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field
- Previous experience in a spa, resort, or wellness environment preferred
- Knowledge of a variety of massage and beauty treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work effectively in a remote island environment
