Are you hardworking, reliable, and passionate about supporting a busy kitchen team in a beautiful island setting? Ratua Private Island Resort is seeking a motivated Kitchen Hand to assist our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks as directed
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock and supplies
- Remove rubbish and ensure waste is disposed of appropriately
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
- Support the kitchen team to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen, hospitality, or food service environment is an advantage but not essential
- Understanding of basic food hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work in a remote island environment
