Job Description

The Labourer's Assistant is responsible for assisting skilled workers with general labour duties, carrying materials, operating basic tools and equipment, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and supporting maintenance activities. The role requires physical fitness, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to workplace safety while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Selection Criteria

Experience in general labour, , maintenance, or a similar role in a hotel environment is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, physically fit, good communication and teamwork skills and follow instructions accurately and complete tasks efficiently.
