A luxury motor yacht charter operation is advertising for an experienced person for the position of Captain.
Main Duties:
To have overall responsibility for the running of the vessel and operations of the business
Responsible for the safety of guests and crew on board and compliance with all regulations
Provide training for all crew on board
Skills Required:
- Applicants are required to have at least 10 years’ experience in a Captain’s role conducting sport fishing charters as well as extensive experience on-board large luxury motor yachts
- New Zealand Master 500GT
- Dive Master and Ship Master Medic Certificates
- GMDSS radio operations certificate, advance fire fighting certificate and Marine Engineer certificate class 4 or higher
