Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and assisting with the operation of slipway equipment, machinery, lifting equipment, and other plant used in vessel hauling, launching, maintenance, and repair activities.

Ocean Property Holdings is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated Slipway Equipment Operator to join our Marine Services team.
The successful applicant will assist with the safe operation of slipway equipment and machinery used for hauling, launching, positioning, and maintaining vessels.
Selection Criteria
Key Responsibilities:
Operate authorised slipway machinery and equipment.
Assist with vessel hauling and launching operations.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and pre-start checks.
Report equipment faults and maintenance requirements.
Follow all workplace Health and Safety procedures.
Assist with lifting, vessel positioning, and general slipway operations.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work effectively as part of a marine operations team.
Experience operating machinery, plant, or heavy equipment.
Experience in a marine, construction, industrial, or mechanical environment is an advantage.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor environment.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
Relevant plant or machinery licences/certificates will be an advantage.
Basic mechanical knowledge is desirable.
