REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ON PREPARATION OF VANUATU'S UNCCD 2026 NATIONAL REPORT; AND THE FIRST NATIONAL REPORT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NAGOYA PROTOCOL

The Ministry for Climate Change is formally advertising for “Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of technical assistance on Preparation of Vanuatu’s UNCCD 2026 National Report; Under the support from The Global Environment Facility (GEF) 

The key objective of this assignment is to support the Government of Vanuatu in preparing, validating and submitting its: 

• United Nations Convention to Combat De 2026 National Report in full compliance with the UNCCD PRAIS4 reporting requirements, including data compilation, indicator estimation, narrative drafting, stakeholder validation, and final submission. 

The selection of consulting firm to provide the technical assistance will be conducted through Request for Quotations (RFQ) through competitive bidding as per the Central Tender Board (CTB) Government Contracts and Tenders Act. This advertisement is a call for RFQ inviting potential applicants to submit RFQ document for evaluation.
