Job Description
Looking for an experience chef with knowledge of Japanese cuisine and at the same time can manage the restaurant. Able to plan menu, order supplies, overseas the daily food preparation at the restaurant and other places where food is served.
also must be able to manage inventor, create schedule, handle customer complain, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervise the team of staff, control operation cost, hire and train staff.

Located at wharf road Port Vila, Vanuatu. Serving authentic Japanese food prepared by our very our Japanese chef and his kitchen team. Affordable and satisfying lunch boxes and variety of dinner menu. Open from Tuesday to Sunday.

More than 4 years experience on the field. Problem solving. Work under pressure. Work well with others. Ability to use initiative. Pay attention to details.
