About the Position
Viva Beach Club is seeking an experienced, motivated and hands-on Resort Manager for an immediate start on a temporary 3–4 month contract.
Located on the beautiful waterfront at Pango, Viva Beach Club offers boutique accommodation, beachfront dining, a restaurant and cocktail bar.

Viva Beach Club is a beachfront hospitality and tourism business located in Pango, Port Vila, Vanuatu. Established in 2026, we offer boutique accommodation, beachfront dining, a restaurant and cocktail bar in a relaxed tropical setting. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for both local and international guests.
Selection Criteria
Previous management experience in a resort, hotel or hospitality business.
Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience managing hospitality staff and daily operations.
Good understanding of restaurant and bar operations.
Competence with computers, booking systems and financial reporting.
Honest, reliable, professional and capable of working independently.
Willingness to take a hands-on approach and assist wherever required.
