Job Description
Position Description
We are seeking motivated team members who can assist with:
Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service.
Taking food and beverage orders.
Serving meals, cocktails and other beverages.
Preparing basic cocktails and bar drinks.
Processing customer payments and handling cash.
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and bar.
Assisting with daily opening and closing duties.
Working cooperatively with management and other team members.
Organisation Description
Viva Beach Club is a beachfront hospitality and tourism business located in Pango, Port Vila, Vanuatu. Established in 2026, we offer boutique accommodation, beachfront dining, a restaurant and cocktail bar in a relaxed tropical setting. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for both local and international guests.
Selection Criteria
Successful applicants should demonstrate:
Previous restaurant, bar or hospitality experience (preferred).
Good spoken English and communication skills.
A friendly, professional and positive attitude.
Reliability, honesty and punctuality.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
A genuine commitment to excellent customer service.
