Job Description
Supervise and manage staff on the floor
Manage deliveries, stock control and routine reorders
Maintain store presentation, displays and customer service standards
Enforce workplace health and safety
Report daily operations to the General Manager
Selection Criteria
At least 2-3 years' of retail supervisory experience; hardware or building supplies experience is preferred
Strong leader who is organized and reliable
Confident using POS and stock systems
English fluency
