Subject: Extension of prequalification Application submission and opening deadlines
1. Purpose of Addendum
The Employer hereby notifies all prospective Applicants that the deadline for submission of prequalification Applications for the Reconstruction of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources Headquarters is extended from Friday, 30 October 2026 to Monday, 30 November 2026. This Addendum is issued pursuant to ITA 8.1, ITA 8.3 and ITA 17.2, and forms part of the Prequalification Document in accordance with ITA 8.2.
The extension provides the VARS Project Management Unit (PMU) additional time to review the proposed additional scope of works, complete the necessary internal consultations, and prepare and issue a further Addendum and corresponding revisions to the PQD, as appropriate. It also provides prospective Applicants additional time to review any subsequent amendments and prepare their prequalification Application
