How to Apply

1. Request for RFQ : Interested bidders are to request an electronic Word copy of the relevant RFQ by emailing Harold at hnasawa@vanuatu.gov.vu.
2. Enquiries : All queries regarding the RFQs and/or training sites are to be directed to Harold at hnasawa@vanuatu.gov.vu .
3. Pre-tender meeting : Monday, 9 November 2026. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend the meeting at the DoWR Conference Room.
4. Closing date and time : Friday, 13 November 2026, at 4:30 PM.
