Logistics Manager

Job Description

The Logistics Manager will oversee Nicon Shipping’s daily freight and logistics operations, including cargo bookings, tracking, vessel coordination and management of our FreightOps system. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring accurate cargo records, improving operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of customer service. We are looking for a proactive, organised leader who can strengthen accountability and help us deliver a more reliable and professional shipping service to our customers.

Organisation Description

Nicon Shipping is a locally owned and operated shipping and marine services company based in Luganville, Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu.

We provide essential inter-island freight and logistics services, connecting communities and businesses throughout Vanuatu. Our operations include a fleet of vessels, freight handling, logistics, marine engineering and shipyard services.
