As part of the development of our French-speaking call center, we are looking for a versatile Customer Advisor capable of handling both customer interactions and back-office operations.

**Customer Service:**

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French

* Assist customers with subscriptions, orders, and support requests

* Provide first-level technical support

* Deliver a smooth, responsive, and high-quality customer experience

**Sales Support:**

* Follow up with prospects and existing customers

* Present offers and assist in the decision-making process

* Contribute to business growth and conversion rates

**Back Office Operations:**

* Enter and update customer data

* Verify files and ensure data accuracy and compliance

* Manage administrative documents

* Track and follow up on requests until resolution

* Fluent in French (spoken and written) — professional level required

* Good level of English is a plus
