Conference & Events Assistant

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and outgoing team player to help deliver amazing events at The Grand Hotel & Casino.

What You’ll Do:

* Assist with conferences, meetings, social events & hotel activations

* Coordinate event logistics and work with Sales, F&B, Casino & Front Office teams

* Support marketing & social media content for events

* Help create memorable guest experiences

Selection Criteria

* Experienced in event coordination or hospitality operations

* Highly organized and detail-focused

* Confident communicator with clients and internal teams

* Creative and social media savvy (photo/video/Canva)

* Flexible to work evenings, weekends & major events

* Knowledgeable about Port Vila and local entertainment (advantage)
