DISTRIBUTION SALES COORDINATOR
Vodafone Vanuatu is seeking a Distribution Sales Coordinator to be based in PORT-VILA.
Mission:
The primary mission of the Distribution Sales Coordinator is to support, manage, and develop Vodafone Vanuatu’s distribution networks, encompassing Master Dealers and Missions, to effectively drive branding initiatives, refill service adoption, SIM card activation, and the sales of Vodafone Vanuatu products. This role is crucial in achieving monthly sales targets and expanding market reach.
Additionally, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and increasing the utilization of ISI Refill, aiming to enhance customer convenience and reduce the reliance on physical recharge cards.
Main activities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Network Growth:
- Analyze competition, improve existing sales, recruit/remove dealers, set up new locations, manage contracts, and optimize phone sales.
2. Sales Management & Motivation:
- Achieve sales targets, ensure good service, provide marketing, build dealer relationships, run incentives, cover events, and create dealer contests.
3. Sales Tracking & Control:
- Measure sales performance, manage commissions, control distribution (reporting, stock), and generate sales reports.
4. Digital & SIM Sales:
- Increase digital refill usage, educate customers, and boost SIM card sales.
5. Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead team to hit targets, maintain integrity, motivate, and train.
6. Kiosk Sales Improvement:
- Train kiosk staff, monitor performance, give feedback, and provide marketing materials.
Competences
1. Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years sales/distribution experience (telecom preferred).
- Experience building sales networks.
- Knowledge of electronic top-up systems (desirable)
2. Skills:
- Fluent in English, French, and Bislama.
- Telecom industry knowledge.
- Strategic thinking and analysis.
