ADMINISTRATOR WITH EXPERIENCE

Administrator with experience

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration team member, whose experience will enable them to ‘hit the ground running’.

This position is not for someone new to the work force and involves taking responsibility for a wide variety of tasks, including office administration, / support, maintenance, supplies and client services. Delivering these, in a highly efficient, courteous and professional manner, using effective rapport building, proactive and thinking skills.

Key requirements:

  • Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritise, monitor and not miss deadlines.
  • Able to work in and contribute to a team environment, as well as with minimal supervision in a busy environment.
  • Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft office suite of programs and a CRM system highly desirable.
  • Confident and sound written and verbal communication skills, for dealing with both internal and external clients, and service providers, including questioning skills and empathy.
  • Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable and trustworthy, self-motivated.
  • Essential, high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of client service principles and expectations.
  • A positive professional attitude and personal appearance / presentation.
  • Sound understanding of office administration procedures and policies.
  • Problem solving skills and ‘can do’ attitude.

Qualifications / Experience:

Several years administration or transferrable skills experience, with a proven track record, in a comparable professional, service oriented environment, are a must.
