1.STORE MANAGERS
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring a high standard of customer service, managing staff, and driving sales. Your role involves implementing company policies, maintaining store standards, and achieving financial targets while creating a positive shopping environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

2.STOCK MANAGERS (INVENTORY MANAGER)
Job Describtion
A Stock Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the flow of inventory within a retail, warehouse, or distribution setting. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the right products are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily inventory operations across warehouse/store locations
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability
- Plan and implement inventory control procedures
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales departments for demand planning
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods
- Monitor stock movement, slow-moving items, and obsolete inventory

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electric Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety standards
