Job Description
We are looking for a warm, attentive, and well-presented IT Officer who is committed to delivering high levels of customer service and technical support.• Respond courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests and staffs.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Support and maintain IT systems including:
o Property Management System (PMS)
o Point of Sale (POS)
o Internet and email systems
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches).
• Handle basic server and workstation support.
• Manage user accounts and access (e.g., Active Directory basics).
• Monitor system performance and report issues.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of IT equipment.
• Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software.
• Perform routine system checks and assist with backups.
• Provide basic support for telephony/PABX systems.
• Assist in coordinating with external vendors when required.
• Follow IT policies, security guidelines, and antivirus procedures.
• Maintain logs of issues and resolutions.

Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
• 3–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Basic knowledge of:
o Active Directory
o Network devices (routers, switches)
o Windows server and desktop environments
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Familiarity with antivirus tools and basic IT security practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and flexible.
