Accounts Officer
Pacific Retailing Limited • Full-time
Job Description
- Match daily cash, card and digital payments from store locations against sales reports.
- Process supplier (Local and Overseas) invoices and ensure timely payments
- Monitor debtor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Review and process staff salary, expense and petty cash claims
- Assist in preparing Monthly management accounts, Custom Return and VAT Returns
- Investigate and fix any variances between physical stock counts and system records

Selection Criteria
- Basic Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Skills in Excel and accounting software (e.g, Xero, Sage or Quickbooks)
- Attention to detail & willingness to learn
- Strong Communication Skills & organizing skills
- 1 to 2 years in similar position will be added advantage
