CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVER / CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER / FLEET MAINTENANCE OFFICER

We are growing our operations and are looking for motivated, reliable team players who are customer‑focused, positive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment in Port Vila.

We currently have the following **full‑time, ongoing positions available**:

1. CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVER

• Vehicle delivery and collection
• Cleaning and detailing cars
• Assisting customers with rentals
• Yard and wash bay support

1. Must have a clean driver’s licence
2. English & Bislama (advantage French)
3. Customer‑focused. well-presented and reliable

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

• Handling reservations and customer enquiries
• Processing bookings and rental sales
• Supporting vehicle preparation and deliveries

1. Confident with emails and computers
2. Tourism or customer service experience preferred
3. Ability to problem solve and multitask
4. Driver’s license (advantage)
5. English & Bislama (advantage French)

3. FLEET MAINTENANCE OFFICER

• Keeping vehicles clean, organised, and hire‑ready
• Supporting fleet servicing and yard operations
• Reporting vehicle faults or damage
• Assisting with breakdowns when required

1. Practical, hands‑on role
2. Strong attention to detail and safety
3. Mechanical awareness an advantage
4. Driver’s license (advantage)

WORK DETAILS (ALL ROLES)

• Full‑time, ongoing positions
• Rotating five-and-a-half-day roster including weekends & public holidays
• Must be eligible to work in Vanuatu
