Job Advertisement – Assistant Front Office Manager
Ramada Resort is seeking a professional, motivated, and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our hospitality team. This is a dual-role position responsible for supporting the Front Office operations of the resort while also overseeing the daily management and coordination of the Ellouk East Studios.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring excellent guest service standards, smooth operational performance, and effective team supervision across both properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all Front Office operations including reception, reservations, guest relations, and night audit coordination
- Supervise Duty Managers, Night Managers, and Front Office team members
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and professional handling of guest concerns
- Oversee daily operations and coordination of the Ellouk East Studios
- Monitor room allocations, occupancy, arrivals, departures, and VIP guest requirements
- Support training, coaching, and development of Front Office staff
- Prepare operational reports and assist with departmental administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and other departments
- Assist the Front Office Manager in achieving operational and financial targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front Office supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple operations and priorities effectively
- Experience with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
