Job Advertisement – Assistant Front Office Manager

Ramada Resort is seeking a professional, motivated, and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our hospitality team. This is a dual-role position responsible for supporting the Front Office operations of the resort while also overseeing the daily management and coordination of the Ellouk East Studios.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring excellent guest service standards, smooth operational performance, and effective team supervision across both properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all Front Office operations including reception, reservations, guest relations, and night audit coordination
  • Supervise Duty Managers, Night Managers, and Front Office team members
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and professional handling of guest concerns
  • Oversee daily operations and coordination of the Ellouk East Studios
  • Monitor room allocations, occupancy, arrivals, departures, and VIP guest requirements
  • Support training, coaching, and development of Front Office staff
  • Prepare operational reports and assist with departmental administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and other departments
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in achieving operational and financial targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Front Office supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple operations and priorities effectively
  • Experience with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
