Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily front office operations

Welcome and assist guests professionally

Manage reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries

Handle guest concerns and support the front office team

Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained

Selection Criteria

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years’ Front Office experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience with Opera PMS systems

Positive attitude and leadership skills

Professional presentation and team spirit
