Job Description
The role of Assistant Operations Manager varies from overseeing day to day activities to maximise efficiency by streamlining processes within various departments.
The Key roles are:
1. Plan strategy and careful execution – showing leadership to ensure objectives are actioned and implemented.
2. Design process-analyze workflows, and making standard procedures to increase productivity
3. Manage Budgets- examine financial data and allocate budgets for business operation to be cost effective
4. Administration- Oversee training and work schedule and rotation of the team. Build team and conduct performance evaluations.
5. Supply Chain & Inventory Management-Coordinates with vendors, tracks inventory level, and oversee logistics. Ensure quality of products are of standard with timely procurement and distribution.

Selection Criteria
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor of Management/Administration or Accounting Degree
Excellent use of Accounting software and advance skill in Excel program
Minimum of 2 years work experience in a Wholesale/Retail environment and accounting background.
