“The Principal Policy Coordinator – Monitoring, Learning & Analysis leads GfG’s internal monitoring, learning and analysis function, ensuring the program generates and uses timely evidence to support delivery, decision-making and reporting.
The role focuses on strengthening internal performance and learning systems, supporting reflection and adaptation across the program, and ensuring that monitoring and analysis are practical, proportionate and directly connected to reform delivery. The role works closely with the MERL Specialist, managers and Principal Policy Coordinators to ensure GfG remains agile, evidence-informed and results-focused.”
