Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong financial administration skills who would like to work in a professional healthcare environment supporting quality patient care. This position supports the efficient running of the centre by maintaining accurate financial records and providing timely financial information, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing staff payroll, VNPF and VAT payments, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

The Medical Centre is a busy private healthcare facility providing comprehensive medical and allied health services in Port Vila.

Selection Criteria

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

Previous experience working with Xero in a finance or accounting role

Strong computer skills required, working with Excel, Numbers and Email

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, organization and time management skills

Ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a busy team

Professional, punctual, reliable and trustworthy
