Job Description

This role will suit an organised, admin strong person looking for a great career in the tourism industry and wanting to be part of a Management Team.

The successful applicant will support and manage the Front Reception staff to deliver excellent customer service to our guests and be proactive in maintaining smooth operations with Front Reception operations as well as good communication with our other departments.

Selection Criteria

The successful applicant will require:

Fluent written and spoken English

Several years experience in administrative roles

Good computer skills with knowledge of spreadsheets

Strong organisational skills

Great customer service skills

Ability to train and manage staff

Some knowledge of RoomMaster reservation software preferred

Be able to work some Saturdays
