RE-ADVERTISEMENT OF VACANCY IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE
The Vanuatu Public Service Commission wishes to inform the public of a re- advertisement of the following Senior Position within the Govemment on Contract Basis.
Position Title : Townclerk – Port Vila
Department : Urban Affairs and Planning (DUAP)
Job Level : TCL
Grade : 7.1
Annual Salary : 4,459,000VT
Location : Port Vila
Purpose of the Position:
The positions main functions are to oversee and display leadership role overall strategic fr:nctions of the Municipal and Department. Manage effectively the implementation of poliry objectives relating to respective Municipal and Departments under the National Sustainable Development Plan 2030.
He or she is an Administrator and poliry advisor to Minister and Municipal Council to Director and DG’s Office to ensure that the Council, Department and Ministry achieve efficiently and effectively its strategic objectives and to be accountable to PSC and the Government.
