Job Description

We are looking for an organised and confident Administrative Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day operations. The right person will be comfortable managing communications, handling documents and dealing with clients in a professional manner.

Organisation Description

Vanuatu InCorp Advisory is a licensed corporate and administrative consultancy based in Port Vila.We act as tax agents on behalf of our clients and handle everything from company registrations, tax advice and compliance to immigration paperwork and business documentation. We work with individuals, local businesses and investors who need a trusted partner to help them set up and operate in Vanuatu. We also offer business coaching and training for SMEs because we believe that when people have the right support, businesses grow and communities benefit. At VIA, We are a people-focused team committed to delivering practical, trusted advice to every client we work with.

Selection Criteria

• Competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Goodwritten and spoken communication skills in English

• French language skills are a plus

• Confident when dealing with clients and external contacts

• Organised, reliable and able to manage their own workload

• A teamplayer who can also work independently when needed

• Previous experience in an admin or office role is an advantage
