Job Description
The role of the National Human Resource Development Plan (NHRDP) Coordinator is a senior position within the Vanuatu Qualifications Authority (VQA). This position is about leading, managing, and coordinating the implementation of Vanuatu’s long-term human resource development strategy (Vanuatu 2030: NHRDP).
Organisation Description
The Vanuatu Qualifications Authority (VQA) is the national regulator of the post-school education and training (PSET) sector. The VQA regulates PSET courses and providers to ensure nationally approved quality standards are met.
Selection Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Adult Education, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience coordinating the implementation of a policy or strategic plan.
Experience in document analysis, research report writing, and committee/meeting coordination.
Personal Qualities:
Self-motivated, respectful, cooperative, and loyal.
High standards of personal excellence.
Fast learner with analytical and practical thinking.
Language: Fluent in English, Bislama, or French.
