Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead South Pacific Hospitality into its next chapter of growth and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for developing strategic direction, overseeing operations, cultivating stakeholder relationships, and driving revenue growth while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan
• Lead operational management across all properties and functions
• Foster a strong company culture aligned with our values
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, investors, and stakeholders
• Ensure financial targets and operational efficiencies are met
• Promote sustainable practices within all aspects of the business Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a CEO or in senior executive leadership within the hospitality or related industry
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated success in driving growth and managing large teams
• Knowledge of regional market dynamics in the South Pacific
